These terms apply to the Japanily school-production candidate. A signed school agreement takes priority where it says otherwise.

Permitted use
Japanily may be used for lawful teaching and learning. Users must protect their sign-in details, use appropriate display names, respect class join codes and follow school acceptable-use requirements.
Content and conduct
Teachers remain responsible for material they create or import and must have the right to use it. Users must not upload harmful or unlawful content, probe other accounts, evade access controls, disrupt live sessions or use automation to create excessive traffic.
Learning information
Game results support practice and classroom feedback. They are not designed to be the sole basis for high-stakes grading, certification or decisions about a student. Teachers should apply professional judgement and provide accessible alternatives.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product is improved. Material changes affecting school use, privacy or safety will be communicated through the service or the relevant school contact.
